Refund, Cancellation and Billing Policy
FinCrime Dojo refund, cancellation, renewal, billing, trial, and enterprise subscription policy.
Overview
This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, renewals, billing disputes, and trial access are handled for FinCrime Dojo services.
Specific written order forms, enterprise agreements, checkout terms, invoices, or local mandatory consumer rights may override parts of this policy.
Free Access and Trials
Free plans or trials may be changed, limited, extended, or ended at FinCrime Dojo's discretion. Trial availability does not guarantee permanent free access to all features.
If a trial converts to a paid plan, the applicable checkout or order terms will describe pricing and billing timing.
Cancellations
You may cancel future renewal where self-service cancellation is available or by contacting support before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.
Enterprise customers should follow the cancellation and notice terms in their signed order form or agreement.
Refunds
Refunds are considered for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, accidental purchases reported promptly, or other cases required by law.
Refunds are generally not available for completed training, consumed certification attempts, partially used subscription periods, or unused access caused by user inactivity.
Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@fincrimedojo.com with the account email, invoice number if available, charge date, and a brief description of the issue.
We may request information needed to verify the transaction and resolve the issue.
