IP and Takedown Policy
FinCrime Dojo policy for intellectual property rights, copyright notices, trademark concerns, and takedown requests.
Overview
FinCrime Dojo respects intellectual property rights and expects users, customers, contributors, instructors, and partners to do the same.
This policy explains how rights holders can submit copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property concerns involving FinCrime Dojo services.
FinCrime Dojo Materials
FinCrime Dojo owns or licenses the platform, course materials, simulations, assessment logic, graphics, designs, copy, code, trademarks, logos, and related materials.
Except as expressly allowed by written agreement, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, scrape, or create derivative works from FinCrime Dojo materials.
Takedown Notice Requirements
A takedown notice should identify the copyrighted, trademarked, or protected work; identify the allegedly infringing material and its location; provide your contact details; explain your authority to act; and include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized.
We may reject incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, or fraudulent notices and may request more information before taking action.
Counter-Notices
If your content or access is restricted due to an IP complaint and you believe the action was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with relevant facts, authorization evidence, and your contact details.
We may restore, maintain restriction, or take other appropriate action depending on the facts and legal obligations.
